Warranty Policy
At Far West, we are committed to providing high-quality products crafted with precision and durability. This 1-Year Stitching Warranty applies exclusively to stitching-related issues and is subject to the terms and conditions outlined below.
1. Warranty Period & Coverage
This warranty covers stitching defects for a period of 1 year from the date of purchase. The warranty applies only to the original purchaser and is non-transferable. To initiate a warranty claim, the customer must provide a valid proof of purchase, i.e., the original invoice.
2. Exclusions & Limitations
This warranty does not cover:
Normal wear and tear, including but not limited to fading, fraying, softening of materials, or minor imperfections due to regular use.
Damage resulting from misuse, neglect, accidents, or improper handling.
Exposure to water, chemicals, or harsh conditions that may alter the fabric or structure of the cap.
Caps that have been washed, dry cleaned, ironed, or altered in any way—washing or improper cleaning will immediately void the warranty.
Loss or theft of the product.
3. Warranty Claim Process
To file a warranty claim, the customer must submit a request via email to hello@farwest.in, mentioning the order details, a copy of the purchase invoice, and clear photos/videos highlighting the stitching defect. Our team will review the claim within 7 business days and determine whether it falls within the warranty scope. If approved, we will offer a repair or replacement, at our sole discretion.
4. Discretion & Final Decision
Far West reserves the right to modify the warranty policy and/or reject any claim that does not meet the warranty criteria. Warranty determinations will be made at our sole discretion, based on an evaluation of the defect and adherence to care guidelines. In cases of dispute, Far West’s decision shall be final and binding.
