Refund policy
At Far West, we want you to love your cap. But if it’s not the right fit, we’ve got you covered.
1. Eligibility
Returns and exchanges are accepted within 7 days of receiving your order. The item must be unused, in its original condition, and with all tags intact. Returns and exchanges are applicable only for orders placed directly on our official website.
2. Caps – Returns & Exchanges
While we make every effort to ensure
A ₹150 processing fee applies to all returns. This covers return shipping and handling. Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll process your refund (excluding the processing fee) to your original payment method within 5-7 working days. We're unable to offer exchanges directly. If you'd like a different cap, please return the current item and place a fresh order for the desired cap.
3. Clip-Ons – Replacement Policy
We're unable to offer returns or exchange on Clip-Ons presently. However, if your Clip-On arrives damaged or defective, please reach out to us within 7 days of receiving your order, and we’ll assist with a replacement.
4. Items Not Eligible for Return or Exchange
Products from special promotions are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged. Any item that is worn, washed, or damaged due to improper handling will not be accepted.
5. How to Initiate a Return or Exchange
To initiate a return, drop us an email at hello@farwest.in with your order details and reason for return. If you're looking for an exchange, we recommend returning the current item and placing a new order for your preferred cap. We’ll guide you through the process and arrange a pickup for eligible returns. In the rare event that your item arrives damaged despite our careful packaging, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We may request images and an unboxing video to assess the issue and expedite a resolution.
6. Refund Processing
Once we receive your returned item, our team will inspect it and process your refund within 5-7 working days. Refunds will be credited to your original payment method, minus the return processing fee.
7. Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders
For COD orders, a partial amount is collected upfront at the time of placing the order. Please note that this amount is non-refundable in case the order is cancelled, refused upon delivery, or goes undelivered after two attempts. This helps us cover the logistical and handling costs incurred in processing the order.

8. Legal Disclaimer
All returns and refund requests are subject to Far West’s discretion. We reserve the right to decline a refund or replacement if the returned item does not meet our policy criteria. Our decision will be final in such cases.
