At Far West, we ensure that your orders reach you swiftly and securely. We're presently accepting orders in India. Here’s everything you need to know about our shipping process:
1. Shipping Charges
Free Shipping on all orders above ₹499.
A standard shipping fee applies of INR 60 is applied for orders below ₹499 (which may be revised from time to time subject to prevailing transport rates)
2. Dispatch & Processing Time
Orders are processed within 24-48 hours after confirmation.
Processing times may vary during peak seasons, sales, or unforeseen delays.
3. Estimated Delivery Time
Metro Cities: 2-5 working days after dispatch.
Rest of India: 4-7 working days after dispatch.
Deliveries may take longer in remote areas or due to unexpected delays by courier partners.
4. Tracking Your Order
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking link via email/SMS.
You can track your shipment in real-time using the provided details.
5. Delivery Partners
We work with trusted logistics partners to ensure timely and safe deliveries across India.
6. Missed or Delayed Deliveries
If you miss a delivery attempt, the courier will make additional attempts or contact you for rescheduling.

8. Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders
For COD orders, a partial amount is collected upfront at the time of placing the order. Please note that this amount is non-refundable in case the order is cancelled, refused upon delivery, or goes undelivered after two attempts. This helps us cover the logistical and handling costs incurred in processing the order.

9. Unboxing
We take great care in securely packaging each order to ensure it reaches you in pristine condition. Our caps are shipped in specially designed protective boxes to prevent damage.
We recommend recording an unboxing video, so that in the rare case that your cap arrives damaged, we can assist you swiftly.
